Catherine Wynne-Powell
Catherine describes herself as an artisan potter, who creates a body of thrown and hand built domestic stoneware ceramics. Each piece weaves in the essence of ritual, enhanced by the vibes of joy, curiosity and abundance kneaded into her clay. 40

During a year long sabbatical from teaching, she spent three months in Japan, replenishing her creativity. Whilst there, she stumbled across rich traditions, practices and ceremonies which made her realise those moments in her day that made her feel more present and able to be the person she wanted to be.
